Valeria Tsoy is an Olympic snowboarder from Kazakhstan. She competed in the 2014 Sochi Olympic Winter Games. Val & Corine talk all about her journey into world-class snowboarding & how the overachiever mentality ended up not getting her the results she was hoping for & continued to negatively impact her life post retirement from the sport.
